VisualcontainerTV welcome the new program dedicated to Academic videoart production.

Academy is the ever-new program focused on student’s experimental video production from New media Academy from all over the world. The second online exhibition is dedicated to Camouflage project (UK/IT).

Camouflage is a project comprising of ten fine artists from Arts University Bournemouth (UK) and Accademia di Belle Arti G.Carrara di Bergamo (IT). The vision for the project, conceived by Marisol Malatesta and Simona Da Pozzo, was to create an opportunity and platform for the artists involved to explore artistic video production in different countries and contexts, as well as opening up a new network and the chance to exhibit their work internationally.

This varied collection of films portrays the concept and meaning of camouflage in almost every sense of the word, presenting video art as a device that manipulates and disguises reality.
