About Videoartist
Videoartist festival is founded in Isfahan/Iran in 2012 in response to the need of Iran Experimental media showcase and community engagement with the art. Videartist is the first art festival which is dedicated to video art. The festival mission is to be accessible to national and international emerging and established video artists and celebrates collaboration in multiple venues across the city of Isfahan as well as international partnerships.
Videoartist is non-prophet organization and run by artists and volunteers. Its virtual space Videartist.ir is a source of research and articles about contemporary issues in art. The website has the largest online archive of video art by Iranian artist.
